Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety protocols.
- Manage the facility's utility systems, including electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic infrastructure.
- Oversee the procurement of spare parts, consumables, and maintenance tools while managing budget allocations effectively.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, troubleshoot recurring issues, and implement permanent engineering solutions.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental, safety, and health regulations (DOLE, OSHA).
- Coordinate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities that align with production timelines and targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Active Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in plant maintenance or facility engineering, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical expertise in industrial automation, PLC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets and external contractors.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train technical teams.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
