Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all production machinery and facility infrastructure.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure optimal plant uptime.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment availability, reliability, and maintenance costs.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, procurement of critical components, and vendor relationships.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with production planning teams to minimize downtime and schedule maintenance activities efficiently.
- Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement long-term engineering solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (Professional Regulation Commission) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in plant maintenance or facility management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems.
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Binangonan, Rizal.
