Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and repairs on all plant machinery, including conveyors, refrigeration systems, boilers, and processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures to minimize production downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and basic machining tasks to repair or replace defective parts.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records for spare parts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting peak operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and plant productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a Technical-Vocational course or a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Plant Maintenance Mechanic or Technician in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls (PLC familiarity is a plus).
- Proficient in using various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Experience with welding (SMAW, GMAW) and metal fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental, and amenable to shifting schedules including weekends and holidays if necessary.
