Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment issues before they cause downtime
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems in poultry processing equipment
- Document maintenance activities and prepare reports on equipment performance
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance during optimal times
- Order and maintain an inventory of necessary spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Technical or vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plant maintenance or mechanical work
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with maintenance of food processing equipment is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid certification in industrial maintenance is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
