GAMA Foods, one of the top 3 Poultry Integrators in the Philippines, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Plant Maintenance Operator / Mechanic to join our thriving team in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and optimization of our state-of-the-art poultry processing plant. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and overhaul equipment such as conveyors, packaging machines, refrigeration units, and automated systems. Your strong mechanical aptitude and expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and basic electrical systems will be vital in ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of poultry processing equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system failures and implement effective solutions.
- Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks for equipment modifications and repairs.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to ensure proper maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment history.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, HACCP, GMP, and workplace safety regulations.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new plant equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize operational downtime and production losses.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of a Vocational/Technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Plant Operator, preferably in a food manufacturing, agricultural, or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
- Proficient in welding (SMAW, GMAW) and fabrication.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (PLC troubleshooting is a plus).
- Willing to work in Bukidnon, Northern Mindanao, and open to shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
