We are currently looking for a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Operator / Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Northern Mindanao.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the operational efficiency of our processing facilities. You will ensure that all mechanical equipment is functioning correctly, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on plant machinery and production equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures efficiently.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations within the plant environment.
- Collaborate with engineering staff to implement equipment upgrades and improvements.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and part usage in the company logbooks.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or poultry processing plant.
- Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic systems, conveyor belts, and heavy machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by plant operations.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
