Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations of poultry processing equipment and machinery
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Coordinate emergency repairs and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and spare parts procurement
- Optimize maintenance workflows to support production efficiency targets
- Document maintenance activities and prepare performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of plant maintenance experience in manufacturing/food processing
- At least 2 years in supervisory/leadership role
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance management principles
- Certification in OSHA safety standards preferred
- Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and automated production systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work on rotating shifts
