Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment to ensure operational uptime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures promptly.
- Execute complex repairs on production line equipment, pumps, and motors.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with production staff to minimize equipment downtime during maintenance activities.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations (OSHA standards) and company protocols.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new plant machinery as required.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial or plant maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and precision measurement equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requests.
