We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of our production facilities, ensuring that we meet our production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily plant operations to ensure maximum efficiency and output quality.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve performance.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations (OHS) and company standards.
- Manage the plant budget, including cost control measures and resource allocation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team through effective training and performance management.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a plant management or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving results.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software.
