Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and production schedules to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain departments to optimize material flow.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and areas for development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in plant management or a senior leadership role within manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and improving operational costs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
