Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all manufacturing operations including production scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
- Enforce stringent safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and local regulations
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff to foster high-performance teams
- Manage budgets, inventory control, and cost reduction strategies
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment reliability programs
- Ensure product quality meets ISO standards and customer specifications
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics for seamless material flow
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in manufacturing operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in plant management within manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement
- Expertise in safety compliance and OSHA regulations
- Advanced skills in production planning, budgeting, and KPI management
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and data-driven decision making
