Join AIM Solder (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as a Plant Manager and lead our dynamic manufacturing operations in Penang. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all plant operations to ensure optimal efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans for operational improvements and cost reduction
- Oversee production scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing methodologies
- Manage plant budget, resource allocation, and performance metrics
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence among team members
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in plant operations management and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and team-building abilities
- Experience with budget management, cost control, and operational KPIs
- Proficient in ERP systems and manufacturing software
