Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production goals are met within established quality and safety standards.
- Manage the production budget, capital expenditure projects, and inventory control to maximize operational ROI.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all shifts.
- Direct logistics and supply chain workflows to ensure timely procurement of materials and distribution of finished goods.
- Mentor, develop, and lead the plant workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze production metrics and operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align production schedules with market demand and business objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and industry manufacturing regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical), Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a plant management or senior supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in optimizing production processes, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery maintenance, logistics management, and supply chain software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large, diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
