We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Plant Manager to oversee our operations in Deli Serdang. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will drive the efficiency and success of our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the plant, ensuring that production targets are met with uncompromising quality standards and strict adherence to safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily plant operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of supervisors, operators, and maintenance staff.
- Manage the plant's budget, including cost control measures, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure a seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and drive team development programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in plant management or operations leadership within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale operations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems (ISO), and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution software (MES).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
