Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations for Boeing and Airbus interior components
- Develop and implement production strategies aligned with global customer specifications
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and supply chain
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100) and safety protocols
- Manage production budgets, KPIs, and cost optimization programs
- Coordinate with HQ on process improvements and customer requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in manufacturing leadership, aerospace experience preferred
- Proven track record in lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Strong understanding of aerospace quality systems and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional team management skills
- Experience coordinating with global manufacturing networks
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven aerospace environment
