Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of glove plant operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Monitor and optimize plant performance to meet production targets and efficiency goals
- Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
- Manage plant resources effectively, including budgeting, inventory, and equipment maintenance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the glove industry
- Proven track record of leading plant operations and driving continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of quality control systems and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
