- Oversee all plant operations including production scheduling, maintenance, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency and cost management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning for operational activities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years in plant management, preferably in fertilizer or chemical manufacturing
- Proven track record in production optimization and cost reduction
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Expertise in lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems and data analytics
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Six Sigma or equivalent quality management preferred
