- Oversee daily plant operations including production scheduling, maintenance, and quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and company policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve performance goals
- Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing methodologies
- Manage plant budgets, inventory control, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and corporate teams on strategic initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years in manufacturing management with 3+ years in food production
- Proven expertise in HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 standards implementation
- Strong background in lean manufacturing and process optimization
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large operational teams
