Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plant operations including production scheduling, maintenance, and quality assurance
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO) and regulatory requirements
- Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets
- Manage plant budget, resource allocation, and inventory control systems
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate with supply chain, quality control, and senior leadership teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in food manufacturing plant management
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience with team management and development
- Advanced analytical skills for data-driven decision making and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with experience in crisis management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software (SAP, Oracle)
- Certifications in HACCP, ISO 22000, or Six Sigma preferred
