Join Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd as a Plant Manager and lead our manufacturing operations in Kuching and Bintulu. This pivotal role demands strategic leadership to optimize plant performance, drive efficiency, and ensure seamless production workflows. You'll spearhead resource allocation, implement lean manufacturing principles, and maintain stringent quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plant operations including production scheduling, maintenance, and quality control
- Optimize resource allocation (human, material, equipment) to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, environmental standards, and compliance requirements
- Lead, develop, and mentor plant teams to foster high performance and operational excellence
- Analyze production metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance departments
- Manage plant budgets and cost control measures
- Develop strategic plans for plant expansion and technological upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Proven track record in P&L management and budget oversight
- Advanced knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software
