Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee our petrochemical manufacturing facilities across Kuching and Bintulu. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of plant operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and productivity are met consistently.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to optimize production output, manage resource allocation, and ensure strict adherence to environmental and industrial regulations. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety and performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring optimal production performance and equipment reliability.
- Lead and mentor plant personnel, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety and quality.
- Manage the plant budget, including resource allocation, maintenance costs, and operational expenditures.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations in the petrochemical industry.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and minimize production downtime.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to track production efficiency and operational progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in plant management within the petrochemical or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of safety protocols, including ISO standards and OSH requirements.
- Proven track record in team leadership and cross-functional management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Ability to travel between Kuching and Bintulu as required.
