- Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall operational performance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through the application of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage and develop a team of production supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, address bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards for medical device manufacturing
- Drive innovation in manufacturing processes to support product development and business growth objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements for medical device manufacturing
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience developing high-performing teams
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing planning tools
