Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and manage all daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, and facility engineering.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to achieve KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
- Foster a culture of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction.
- Manage the facility budget, ensuring efficient utilization of capital expenditure and operational resources.
- Provide visionary leadership to management teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements, ISO standards, and internal corporate governance policies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Engineering departments to meet customer commitments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume electronics or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale manufacturing budgets and P&L responsibility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively under pressure in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead diverse, multi-cultural teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced data-driven analytical tools for manufacturing optimization.
