The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring quality standards are met, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all plant operations to ensure efficient production processes and meet quality standards
- Lead, develop, and manage a team of production supervisors and staff members
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Manage inventory control, supply chain logistics, and production scheduling
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders
- Prepare and manage the plant budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management
- Experience in the automotive parts industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to develop staff
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills
- Experience with budget management, cost control, and financial reporting
- Proficient in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations
