Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily plant operations, including production scheduling, inventory control, warehousing, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across all plant activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant workforce, fostering a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local and national health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Manage the plant's budget, monitoring expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control processes to ensure products consistently meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications.
- Optimize supply chain and logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical), Operations Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in plant management or a similar senior operational leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing large-scale production, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing and sustaining operational excellence programs (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
- Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other manufacturing management software.
