Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of water treatment plants and wastewater treatment EPC projects
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Lead and develop engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, civil, pipe installation)
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for treatment facilities
- Implement process optimization and maintenance strategies for treatment systems
- Coordinate with stakeholders on regulatory requirements and technical specifications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in water treatment technologies
- Report on plant performance metrics and operational KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7+ years' experience in water/wastewater treatment plant management
- Proven track record in EPC project execution for treatment facilities
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering aspects of treatment plants
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and safety standards
- Experience with pipe installation and process engineering in water systems
- Certification in water treatment management or environmental engineering preferred
