Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on dressing plant machinery and equipment
- Diagnose mechanical problems and implement effective solutions
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Ensure all machinery operates at optimal efficiency and safety standards
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Order and maintain an inventory of necessary spare parts and supplies
- Collaborate with production teams to address equipment-related issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and food safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or certificate in Mechanical Technology or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a plant mechanic in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in food processing or poultry industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems efficiently
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and controls
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to work on shifts as required by production schedules
