Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily coordination of plant operations to ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor and record equipment performance data to prevent downtime and facilitate maintenance scheduling.
- Manage inventory records and assist in the timely replenishment of raw materials and operational supplies.
- Maintain strict adherence to workplace safety regulations, site hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and warehouse personnel, to streamline workflow processes.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management review, highlighting productivity metrics and areas for improvement.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the facility office.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or plant operations environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Strong commitment to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices.
- Willingness to work in the West Region and adapt to shifting operational requirements.
