Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily plant operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet operational targets
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies to minimize downtime
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in plant machinery
- Prepare operational reports and documentation for performance analysis
- Collaborate with external vendors for equipment servicing and repairs
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, safety regulations, and OHS standards
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Valid forklift operation certification (if applicable to plant requirements)
