New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation is a dynamic and growing pharmaceutical company committed to providing high-quality healthcare products. We are currently seeking a seasoned Plant Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing facility located in the beautiful city of Puerto Princesa, Palawan. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, from production planning to quality assurance, ensuring that our operations are efficient, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards.
In this role, you will drive operational excellence by implementing lean principles, optimizing processes, and managing a talented team of production staff. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and support the company’s growth trajectory. We are looking for a proactive leader with a strong background in pharmaceutical or similar regulated manufacturing environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, including production, packaging, and facility management.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Manage operational budgets, including cost control, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and maintain environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure a safe workplace.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, with strong leadership and people management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Filipino.
