We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Plant Operator to join our team in Pampanga, Central Luzon. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Log and report all operational data accurately.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in the industrial gas or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using control systems and relevant software.
