The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production line while adhering to strict safety regulations and quality control standards. You will work closely with the operations team to maintain high productivity levels and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated filling and packaging machinery to ensure efficient production output.
- Perform routine quality checks on packaged gas cylinders to meet industry standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols and site regulations.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including adherence to 5S workplace management practices.
- Document production logs and operational data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in training new operators and participate in safety drills and operational training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in plant operations or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance is highly preferred.
- Physically fit to perform shift work, including night shifts if required.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
- Valid safety certificate or willingness to undergo safety training.
