In this position, you will take an active role in ensuring our facility runs at peak performance, maintaining the integrity of our cold storage systems, and supporting the safe handling of temperature-sensitive goods.
As a Plant Operator, you will be the technical backbone of our operations. We are looking for a proactive individual who is skilled in mechanical and refrigeration systems, capable of troubleshooting issues under pressure, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and operate cold storage units, chillers, and refrigeration machinery to ensure optimal temperature ranges.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on engineering systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical faults to minimize plant downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, sanitation standards, and company engineering guidelines.
- Document maintenance logs, performance reports, and repair records accurately.
- Assist in the installation, modification, or repair of piping and electrical components.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure seamless logistics and temperature control processes.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Refrigeration Technology.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cold storage operations, warehousing, or industrial plant maintenance.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, pneumatic controls, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and emergency procedures in industrial settings.
- Physically fit and capable of working in varying environmental conditions, including cold storage areas.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid employment certificate or professional license (if applicable).
