Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial plant equipment including compressors, purifiers, and filling systems
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards
- Document operational data, maintenance logs, and incident reports accurately
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for equipment optimization and process improvements
- Participate in safety drills, emergency response procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in Industrial Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial plant operations or technical maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA)
- Proficiency in operating industrial equipment and reading technical schematics
- Basic mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Valid certifications in First Aid, HAZMAT handling, or industrial safety preferred
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and adapt to varying environmental conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with high safety awareness
