In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of our production facilities to ensure maximum output quality and cost-effectiveness.
As a Plant Performance Analyst, you will act as a strategic partner to plant managers, utilizing data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, reduce downtime, and enhance overall plant productivity. You will play a key part in implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and Lean methodologies to streamline operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to make a tangible impact on our manufacturing processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze key production metrics (KPIs) to track plant efficiency and output goals.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of equipment downtime and quality defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Maintenance) to implement process improvements and automation solutions.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to visualize data trends for management.
- Optimize energy consumption and raw material usage to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
- Lead or participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects aimed at enhancing workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational regulations during performance reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in plant performance analysis, process engineering, or manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (Advanced), SQL, or Python is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
