Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor chemical processing machinery in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals.
- Ensure strict compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Monitor process parameters in real-time and make necessary adjustments to optimize output quality and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical or process-related issues immediately and coordinate with maintenance teams for complex repairs.
- Document production logs, shift reports, and maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to implement process improvements and quality control measures.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a chemical or manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals and engineering blueprints.
- Proficiency in using standard diagnostic tools and industrial measurement instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
