Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor plant production equipment in strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical manuals.
- Adjust process parameters in real-time to ensure product quality, consistency, and yield targets are met.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on machinery to prevent unexpected downtime.
- Conduct quality checks and accurately document production data and performance logs.
- Adhere to strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize production workflows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S workplace standards.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant NITEC or Higher NITEC qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Process Operations.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a chemical or heavy industrial plant environment.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply technical blueprints, operation manuals, and schematics.
- Proven track record of following safety protocols and operating complex machinery safely.
- Good problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and quality control.
- Basic computer literacy for data logging, reporting, and communication.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing setting with varying shifts if required.
