We are seeking an accomplished Plant Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations in Tanauan City, Batangas. In this strategic role, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process for the plant, driving performance improvements, cost reductions, and supply chain reliability. You will manage a dedicated team and work closely with global and local stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
Your primary responsibility will be to promote procurement performance for our plant, including sourcing raw materials, components, and services. You will negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and continuously evaluate market conditions to optimize costs and ensure quality. Additionally, you will drive digital transformation in procurement processes and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for the plant, focusing on cost reduction, quality assurance, and supply continuity.
- Manage key supplier relationships, including negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms.
- Monitor market trends, commodity insights, and supplier performance to proactively address challenges and leverage opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, finance) to understand requirements and align procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with TE's code of conduct, procurement policies, and local regulations.
- Drive digitalization and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency in procurement.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and metrics to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement tools.
- Knowledge of local and global sourcing markets, especially in electronics or industrial components.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
