Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Plant/Production Supervisor to join our dynamic operations team in Cainta, Rizal. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production floor activities to ensure output targets are met on schedule.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to minimize downtime and ensure product consistency.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and industry standards across the production facility.
- Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Train and mentor production staff to optimize team productivity and professional development.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and manage procurement requests to prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, material management, and quality control systems.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and familiarity with inventory management or ERP software.
- Willingness to work on-site in a high-paced manufacturing environment.
