Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and direct daily plant operations to ensure efficient production, adherence to schedules, and optimal resource utilization.
- Implement and coordinate departmental objectives, targets, and programs in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate plant personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with relevant departments to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning and timely maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Agricultural Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in plant operations, production supervision, or a similar leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing, food processing, or agri-business sector.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in operational planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by operational demands.
