Datem Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Plant Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a key leader in our manufacturing and logistics operations, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, performance, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art water filtration plant.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the water filtration plant to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and water quality.
- Lead, train, and mentor plant operators, technicians, and maintenance staff to build a high-performing team.
- Monitor production metrics and implement continuous process improvements to maximize output and reduce operational downtime.
- Ensure strict compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all plant machinery, pumps, and filtration equipment.
- Prepare and present regular operational, performance, and incident reports to senior management.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and filtration materials to prevent operational delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in plant operations, specifically with water treatment or filtration systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse technical team.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery, preventive maintenance programs, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and cross-departmental coordination.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mandaluyong City and flexibility to respond to emergency plant issues if required.
