Are you an experienced operations leader looking for a challenging role in the manufacturing industry? Greenstone Packaging Corporation is seeking a dedicated Plant Supervisor to oversee our daily production activities and ensure seamless coordination across our departments.
As a Plant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the GSRC General Manager’s operational strategy, working closely with the Sales, Logistics, HR, and Accounting departments. You will be responsible for ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with industry standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and drive productivity in one of Metro Manila’s key logistics hubs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct daily plant operations, including production, packaging, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance (OSHA/local standards).
- Coordinate with the General Manager to align production schedules with sales and logistics goals.
- Supervise and mentor plant staff, conducting performance reviews and training sessions.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product excellence.
- Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve operational issues and streamline workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or transport & logistics sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (experience with Greenstone systems is a plus).
