Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily batching plant operations, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently.
- Manage and mentor plant personnel, conducting daily briefings and performance evaluations.
- Maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure concrete mix consistency and compliance with specifications.
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Enforce all safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with dispatch and sales teams to manage customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ready-mix concrete plant operations or construction supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete batching processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, if required.
- Valid driver’s license is a strong advantage.
