As a Plant Technician, you will act as the first line of defense in plant maintenance and efficiency. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to diagnose issues, perform routine repairs, and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on plant machinery, conveyor systems, and processing equipment.
- Monitor production output and quality parameters to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Conduct daily safety audits and ensure all plant operations comply with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and inventory usage in the management system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement equipment upgrades and optimize production workflows.
- Respond promptly to operational emergencies and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in plant operations or maintenance within the mining, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, machinery operation, and basic mechanical principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and operation manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is preferred.
