Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical production equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity
- Diagnose complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment upgrades and process improvements
- Document maintenance activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain equipment logs
- Order and manage spare parts inventory for critical machinery
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Technical or vocational diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools, multimeters, and precision measuring instruments
- Relevant certifications in industrial maintenance (e.g., HVAC, PLC) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Physical ability to work in elevated spaces, confined areas, and handle heavy equipment
