Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the sales of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance services and recycled plastic products to new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the manufacturing industry.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities within the region.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential partners.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry standards to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing, environmental services, or the plastic recycling industry.
- Strong understanding of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations and circular economy principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
