Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily injection molding operations to ensure production targets are met
- Train and mentor production staff on proper machine operation and safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product standards
- Analyze production data and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure adequate supply for production needs
- Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to resolve production issues
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation of operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding operations
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, equipment, and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools
