Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain system performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively
- Execute system updates, patches, and security protocols to ensure optimal functionality
- Manage cloud infrastructure configurations and troubleshoot technical escalations
- Document system processes, procedures, and incident reports for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and services seamlessly
- Analyze system metrics and implement automation solutions for operational efficiency
- Provide tier-3 technical support for complex platform issues and user inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in platform operations or systems administration
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments and networking fundamentals
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, or similar) is essential
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+ or AWS Certified Solutions Architect preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize critical incidents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
