Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain continuous operation of Plating Strip Lines and Barrel Lines
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of electroplating equipment
- Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and implement timely repairs
- Optimize plating processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and performance documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in plating equipment maintenance or industrial machinery
- Strong knowledge of electroplating processes and chemical handling
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Certification in electrical safety or industrial maintenance preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
