Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize electroplating processes for enhanced product performance and cost efficiency
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives to resolve plating defects and process deviations
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new plating technologies and materials
- Conduct process capability studies and implement statistical process control methods
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on plating operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electroplating or surface finishing processes
- Proficiency in process optimization techniques and statistical analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of electrochemistry, plating chemistry, and metallurgy
- Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Proven problem-solving skills in manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
